Tahlia
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (2023)
About Tahlia
Tahlia joined the team in 2023, bringing with her plenty of humour, warmth and a natural ability to guide and support those around her. Since completing her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2023, Tahlia has gone from strength to strength and has become an integral part of our team as Head Nurse.
Known for her bubbly personality and infectious sense of humour, Tahlia can often be found greeting clients in reception, though her true passion lies with the patients. She is an attentive, compassionate nurse who loves sharing her knowledge and has played an important role in supporting and training some of our newest team members. As Head Nurse, she brings a wonderful balance of leadership, experience and approachability to the clinic.
Tahlia grew up on a farm just outside Canberra, where her love for animals began at an early age. While she may be the resident joker and is always ready for a chat, prank or laugh with her friends and colleagues, underneath it all she is a complete softy with one of the kindest souls. Her caring nature shines through in everything she does, both with our patients and the people around her.
Outside of the clinic, Tahlia enjoys visiting her family’s farm in Gundagai, playing rugby and basketball, and spending quality time with her two dogs. Tipsy, her Staffy mix, and Bluey, her deaf Australian Cattle Dog.
Whether she’s nursing patients, supporting the team, sharing a laugh or causing a little mischief, Tahlia brings plenty of heart, humour and compassion to everything she does.
